Hyper Kidz Dallas is a 12,000 square foot indoor playground built around a winter wonderland theme, with open play every day and no arcade, coin-operated or video games. Play is split into three zones by age, so a toddler and a ten-year-old can both have a space that fits them. Parents stay with their kids the whole time, since drop-offs are not allowed.
The Three Zones
- Mini Zone (ages 0 to 2): an ocean-themed soft play area with low, padded equipment. Parents can step inside with their children.
- Kid Zone (ages 2 to 7): a two-story balloon house, a ball pit, slides, motorized revolving rides, spinning palms, a building block room, a giant light-up wall and an LED air slide. Seating surrounds the open floor so adults can watch.
- Big Kid Zone (ages 3 to 13, or 4 feet and taller): a four-story play pavilion with tube, wave and spiral slides, a ball blaster, obstacles, ramps and more than 20 interactive activities.
The venue also has an interactive LED dance floor and giant pin screens. Adults can use the Kid and Big Kid equipment within the posted height and weight limits, but in the Mini Zone they may enter without playing on or sitting on the attractions.

Rules to Know Before You Go
- Socks: required for everyone, adults included. No bare feet and no shoes on the play floor. You can bring your own or buy a pair for $2.99.
- Waivers: every guest who enters, adults too, needs a signed waiver, and you can sign online ahead of time.
- Supervision: a parent or caregiver must stay on site at all times.
- Food: the facility is nut-free and does not sell hot food, though snacks and drinks are available. Food is not allowed inside the play zones. The requirements page says no outside food with no exceptions, while the FAQ allows snacks for your own children, so ask before bringing anything.
- Injuries: children in casts, splints, slings or braces cannot use the play equipment, but they can come to parties and are admitted free.
- Crowds: occupancy follows county fire code, so busy days can mean a wait at the door. The venue suggests checking its Facebook page for current status.
- Accessibility: the building is wheelchair and stroller accessible, though families are encouraged to leave strollers in the car when they can.
Birthday Parties
Five packages are listed, sized by the number of children: Super (up to 10), Mega (up to 15), Colossal (up to 20), Royal (up to 25) and a private rental of the whole facility (up to 30 kids). Per the FAQ, parties include 1 hour 15 minutes of open play and 45 minutes in a private room (2 hours for Royal), two pizza slices per child, and drinks. Deposits are $200, or $500 for a private party, and cancellations need at least 14 days’ notice. Check the party page for current package pricing.
